David is the founding lawyer of Levy & Associates. He is a passionate and caring lawyer devoted solely to advancing the rights of seriously injured victims and their families through litigation and conflict resolution.

Having previously represented the interests of insurers, David’s clients benefit from his intricate understanding of the Defense mindset and strategy, resulting in maximum and timely compensation.

Highly respected amongst his peers on both the plaintiff and insurance side, David is a pragmatic lawyer who places the needs and interests of his clients above anything else.  At times, this may necessitate fighting on their behalf in court. However, David excels at resolving most conflicts before trial on terms that meet or exceed his clients’ expectations.

David is an active and contributing member of several legal professional associations. As well, he is a leader in the community through his involvement in amateur sports and support for various cultural initiatives.
